Terri's birthday

Terri is my second mom. I have been great friends with her daughter (Kelli) since we have been in 7th grade. All through middle school and high school, Kelli and I alternated who's house we would be at each weekend. Well, were all grown up now, with houses of our own, and last night Kelli had all the kids over for Terri's birthday. Included was Terri's grandson Dillan (what a cutie!) and my little one Gray. I had such a great time shooting Kim and Lewy's wedding. What a great couple! They have been together since high school, and anyone who was in the room with them could easily see how much love was between them!

Little Ms. Laney Bug and Mommy

I have been waiting to write this blog for 2 1/2 months now! About 3 months ago my BGF Ayrin came to me and asked me if I could take "mommy and me" pictures of her and her little one (Elena) for her husbands birthday. His birthday is this month, so I had to keep this pictures all locked up until she gave them to him!

I had such a great time doing this photoshoot! Elena LOVES to get her pictures taken, and Ayrin is just so beautiful! As I was following the two of them around the park, I could see all of the love between a mother and a daughter, as I am sure you will see here too! Enjoy!

Gray and His Robbi

When Gray was 2 months old we decided that we wanted to get a dog. We new that training a dog, as well as raising a baby would be a lot of work.. And we were right! The first few months were hectic, but after we all got adjusted to each other we realized that it was one of the best things that we did for our family!

Gray ADORES Robbi, and she is so great with him. Gray still doesn't know who "mom" or "dad" are, but can say Robbi and knows EXACTLY who she is. It is so great to watch them grow up together!

Gray's New Pool!

It as been a while since my last post. Life has been busy to say the least! Last weekend was a HOT one. My mother in law got Gray a little blow up pool, so we figured, why not give it a try. He had a little hesitation at first, but after 5 minutes he LOVED it! He was splashing and crawling all over the pool! He put up quite a fight when it was time to get out, but I am sure he will be in it again very soon!

John is one of my son's best friends. His mom is a good friend and co-worker, and the boys were born just 10 days apart. When I started doing portrait drawings, Heather came to me and said I HAD to find the time to do one of John. OF course I found the time!! He is so stinking cute I found the time for two!!
