Tiffany, Jaclyn, and Families!

I know by now you have got to be sick of me talking about my October mini-session day.  Tiffany and Jaclyn are sisters and were scheduled for my mini session day to bring their kids to the park.  Like many other people, they got rained out due to the hurricane. They could not attend the make up day, so we scheduled a family shoot for their Parent's house.  Not that I am happy that they missed mini-sessoin day, (of course I would have loved to see them there), but if they had not been rained out, this session may not have happened, and I am SO happy that it did!!

Their parents live in downtown Mullica Hill,  giving us the perfect location for our photo shoot.  Both of their families were there as well as their parents, and I just loved photographing this group!  They were all so easy going, fun, and not a bad looking one in the bunch! ;) I had such a hard time narrowing down which pictures I wanted to show in the blog, so there are a little more than usual.  I hope you enjoy!

Little lady was woken up from her nap to attend the photo session, and she was less than thrilled to have lights and a camera in her face.  I had to include this picture, because if you follow my blog, you know I LOVE a grumpy baby/kid picture!  Even mad, she is absolutely adorable!!

Little lady snapped right out of her funk as soon as we told her that she was going to hold her adorable little cousin.  I mean who could still be upset holding this little cutie!!

lol.. I think we equated holding a squirmy baby to wrestling an alligator.. little lady was up for the challenge!

Telling your baby cousin to come back to get his picture taken is VERY serious business!

Sometimes you really just need a hug from Grandpa

Thank you Tiffany and Jaclyn for allowing me to photograph your amazingly beautiful family!!!

Nicole and Brandon's BIG announcement!!!

I have known Nicole for about 8 years, she is one of those feels-like-family, even though we are not actually related people.  I could go on and on about my love and respect for this girl, but thats not what this post is about.. this post is about the BIG news that Nicole and her husband Brandon want to share with their friends and family. :)

A few months ago Nicole told me she was pregnant (YAY!) but swore me to secrecy.  She asked me if once she got past the first trimester, would I take some announcement pictures for her and Brandon.  Of course I said yes!!  I am BEYOND excited for Nicole and Brandon, and I am SO thrilled that they let  me help them announce their amazing news to the world!!!

The day of the shoot was FREEZING, we did the pictures at Red Bank National Park, that is where they had their wedding pictures done, so the place had some sentimental value to them.  I live only 10 minutes from the park, and it was a nice, mild day where I live.. but right on the water it was just breathtakingly cold.  Thanks for hanging in there with me guys!!!  I know we were all shivering!

Thank you again Nicole and Brandon for including me on your big news!!  You are going to be such wonderful parents!!!

Sara, Joey, and a Little Stud!

When I decided to hot my mini session day  one of the first people to contact me was Sara.  She had just had her adorable little man, and wanted some family pictures done.  Unfortunatly,  Joey's schedule did not allow for them to be able to make an apt (the hurricane rained out the spot she was looking at anyway), so we set up a family holiday session to get little man's Christening photos, as well as some Christmas pictures.  I am so glad that I got the extra time with this beautiful family!  Little man was so easy going and happy (until he wanted to eat, but hey, who isn't grumpy when hungry?!?)  I just loved taking their pictures, and I hope you enjoy them as well :)

Seriously, what a little stud!

I just had to include this one.. I LOVE grumpy baby pictures!

Thank you Sara and Joey for allowing me to take pictures of your beautiful family!!!

The Blackmores

When I say it does not get any cuter than this family and their fur baby.. it doesn't get any cuter.  Go ahead.. go look.  See.. just not possible.  Not only are Kari and Jason insanely beautiful people, they have the most adorable, well behaved German Shepherd in the whole universe.  When I got to their house, Jason was outside with Rudy and Kari gave me a dog treat to give to the dog when I met him.  She warned me that Rudy had a big bark, but was a big sweetheart, and boy was she right!  Once he realized I was there to give him food, and to take his picture, he turned on the charm!  I had a great time photographing this family!!  I hope you enjoy the pictures!!

Thank you again Kari and Jason for allowing me to photograph your beautiful family!!

Magazu Family Photos

If you are from the Swedesboro area, the name Magazu should ring a bell.  The Magazu's own the Swedesboro Animal Hospital, which is a 24 hour pet Emergency Center.  If you live anywhere in the area and own a pet, I highly recommend that you book mark their site!!  Two winters ago we had to take our own dog there because she escaped the back yard and got hit by a car, I have NO idea what we would have done with the animal hospital, seeing that we didn't find her until almost midnight!!  Because Dr. Magazu is constantly on call, we were only able to get him for about 20 minutes, he had a big day of surgeries and apts to attend to, thank you for all that you do Dr. Magazu!!

I went to school with all of the Magazu "kids" (Mark, Michelle, Melissa, and Mathew.)  Michelle and I graduated together, and since then she has moved to Oklahoma, gotten married, and had a beautiful baby girl!!  This thanksgiving was the first time that her brothers and sister, her adorable niece and nephew, and her parents were going to meet her daughter.  When Michelle asked if I could take some pictures for the family, I was so excited!!  I am so glad that I was able to take some pictures of the whole family together for the first time!!  I so enjoyed this photo-shoot, and I hope you do too!

We were nearing little ladies nap time, so getting a smile was a struggle, but we got one!!  Leaf on her head and all ;)

Mark and his "fur-baby" Boomer.. we didn't want to leave them out of the family shots!

What a great looking group of siblings!!

Most well behaved dogs EVER!!  When they weren't photo-bombing :)

lol.. they had a "Step Brothers" thing going here

The Magazu's with their grandchildren

Michelle's daughter just couldn't stay away for the entire session, but this is her in her Christening dress.  It is Michelle's wedding dress!!  Mrs. Magazu made it into the Christening gown!!  It was insanely beautiful, and little lady looks just like a sleeping angel!

I just want to send a big THANK YOU to the Magazu family for allowing me to take your family photos!!
